Your Health - It's a Big Deal


Today brings another round of HIIT!  How did you like yesterday's?  Today's is timed.  Set your timer for 20 minutes and go thru the circuit as many times as you can.

20 Minute HIIT
20 Jump Squats
20 Jump Lunges
10 Tricep Pushups
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Right Side V-Ups
10 Left Side V-Ups
